Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery.

There is no need to contact us before sending your bracelet back. Simply follow the instructions below and mail your bracelet to our return address.

For a refund:
Include a note with your name and order number stating that you are returning the bracelet for a refund.

For an exchange:
Include a note with your name, order number, and the bracelet size you would like to receive.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or prepare your exchange based on the instructions included with your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital Gift Cards

Unlock Your Chakra Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash after purchase, except where required by law.
